Terms & Conditions





  1. Allegro will send the ordered goods within 14 days from receiving the order and payment.
  2. In case, that equipment or part of is out of stock:
    1) Allegro will update the customer for the schedule of stock availability of the ordered goods.
    2) Customer will be free to cancel order and to get money back.


  1. Allegro accept no responsibility for equipment ordered to be suitable for the purchase order purpose.
  2. Allegro will not hold any responsibility for verbal instructions and or advice, may given to the customer and for any mistakes arising thereof.


  1. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
  2. Allegro agrees to receive goods of cancelled order within 14 days from arrival date
  3. Allegro agrees to receive unopened goods in “as new “condition, from a cancelled order
  4. Goods should be sending back to Allegro’s warehouse
  5. The return delivery & freight costs will be paid by the buyer
  6. Delivery, freight, re stocking will be refunded if necessitated by an error made by Allegro
  7. Goods should be returned in their original packaging and to be in as new condition.
  8. Goods returned that have been used and / or fitted will not be credited unless by prior arrangement.
  9. If in special circumstance we do accept pre fitted/ used goods, it will be subject to a 25 and 50%. Deduction
  10. Decision of the condition of the returned good will be determine only by Allegro’s warehouse technician


  1. Funds will be refunded if necessitated by an error made by allegro.
  2. Refunds for goods lost in transit will be made upon a receipt of proof by the deliverer.
  3. Allegro will refund moneys paid for return goods when the “return and cancelation terms” are fulfilled.
  4. Refunds will be carried out within 14 days from receive of the retuned goods at allegro warehouse
  5. The costs of the following will not be deducted from the refund:
    1) Delivery & freight costs of the goods to the customer
    2) Return delivery & freight costs, if paid by Allegro
    3) Payment fee if non returnable
    4) Handling and re stocking charge of minimum $AU25.- 7.5% of the returned goods value
    5) Goods returned as unsuitable as determined by Allegro’s warehouse technician
    6) Damaged, returned, goods and / or packaging even when damaged during delivery & freight

Neither Allegro nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or to any third party for any damages either direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise (including in each case, but not limited to, damages for the inability to use the equipment, loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the goods even if Allegro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein, and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else), the entire liability of Allegro, and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the goods. Now Allegro shall not be liable for (i) any fraud on the part of its employees and/or agents; or (ii) any fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of its employees and /or agents. Notwithstanding the above, neither party’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence shall be limited. If any of these terms shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever such term shall be divisible from these terms and shall be deemed to be deleted from them.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

In accordance with Allegro’s policy of progressive improvement, we reserve the right to alter the specification and/or price of any article without prior notice without incurring any liability. All information and data given in company literature is subject to variation and is for general information only.

All goods or services referred to on outstanding invoices due to Allegro by the Buyer, shall remain the absolute property of Allegro until payment of all invoiced amounts have been received and cleared.

In the event of default by the Buyer, the responsibility for payment in full of all goods and services ordered by the Buyer together with costs and interest is that of the Buyers Directors either individually or collectively. It is a condition of trading that such Directors will indemnify Allegro for all costs and losses due howsoever caused.


  1. Allegro warrants to you that the supplied goods will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use the “Allegro Warranty Terms”
  2. Warranty issues must be brought to our attention by SMS, E-mail, or Letter.
  3. The Warranty does not affect any legal rights under applicable national/ state, legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.

For a period of 24 month, from the first purchased date.
The warranty for the motors and some parts of the equipment, as detailed in the warranty terms, will be extended to another 12 month – total 36 month,
The extended warranty will be valid, upon receiving the extended warranty card with adequate proof of purchase duct, at our office.
Allegro Warranty on all equipment supplied is a return for repair basis.
Allegro shall not be liable in any way for any result that may occur, following failure of any equipment.
Allegro shall not be liable for labor costs involved in replacing faulty goods or fault finding.
All delivery & freight and freight costs of equipment back to Allegro will be on the responsibility of the customer
Allegro will charge delivery & freight and handling fees for returned equipment that is not covered by the warranty terms, as judged by Allegro technicians
Payment for repairs and delivery & freight shall be done before sending the equipment back to the customer
Returned equipment should be well packed, Allegro will not be responsible for any damage, or lost of equipment during delivery & freight to our office

The Limited Warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  1. When the goods have been opened and/ or repaired by someone not authorized by Allegro
  2. When damaged by misuse, moisture, liquids, proximity or exposure to heat.
  3. When damaged by accident, or abuse, neglect or misapplication
  4. When non-compliance with the installation and/or user manual supplied with the equipment.
  5. When any disfigurement / removal / tampering of any labels attached to the equipment
  6. When a physical damage to the surface occur
  7. When re calibration, and/ or re programming is needed

This Limited Warranty, cannot be transferred to others.
This Limited Warranty does not affect any legal rights under applicable national/ state, legislation governing the sale of consumer goods.
